Well it seems like one of the longest surviving Ukrainian rock bands, Mertviy Piven', or Dead Rooster, will be doing a mini-tour in Ukraine. It was about year ago since their last album came out, and I guess Mykhailo Barbara, the band's lead man, and the boys decided it was time to treat their fans to some music during the winter season.
While it has taken some time the band also finally got their site on-line... Think I just may provide them with some pictures I took when they released their joint project, Aphrodisiaky, with Victor Morozov a number of years back.
Everything is constantly in flux, from the music we listen to, to the politics and society around us. uaMuzik is a reflection on Ukrainian music, politics, society, the food I create and technologies.
