Moscovy's labels of obfuscation

One of Putin's heroes is the king of the labels of obfuscation Joseph Goebbels. Putin began taking plays from the Goebbels' playbook of propaganda very early in the information war with Ukraine. In order to not only gain favour in Moscovy and all the other territories which he reins over in typical dictatorial form, but also to find the best way to totally confuse and obfuscate the situation in that part of the world for journalist and media outlets with very little knowledge of the politics of the region nor of the history of the regions well enough to understand they would become unwilling prostitutes of Pimp Putin because of his labels obfuscation.

Pimp Putin made the right call and unfortunately journalists at very good networks have been suckers for his labelling and have continued to use completely inaccurate labels of obfuscation in their reporting and headlines. Clearly their editors are just as guilty and not very savvy, nor seem to care about reporting the truth but rather simply sell copy. It is time that all you journalists, editors and networks stop being suckers for the propaganda of Putin.

I've been an active observer of this region since the early 1980s. I've read its mainstream and dissident literature, I've met with dissidents. I've been actively involved in the democratization process in the region, and I understand many of the nuances that most media junkies, and journos don't. There are some journos who do understand but are dictated by politically correct editorial policy. It may be time for the editorial boards to reconsider their policies when it comes to reporting on particularly Russia, which I would prefer they call Moscovy.

The More Lies the Better

While Goebbels had a certain principle of how to make up lies, Putin's prostitutes have taken this to a whole different level. However, before I get into the lies of Putin's prostitutes let's uncover some of the simple labels that Putin has used to obfuscate not only the facts within Moscovy, but also in the West.

Some of Putin's favourite labels have been, though many of these were born during the time of Stalin: “anti-Semites”,“Banderite Fascists”, “fascists”, “Kiev Nazi Junta” and “pro-Russian separatists”.

This banner reads: The rules of Russian Propaganda 1) The better the lie, then it will be easier for those to believe it. (Goebbels) 2) There must be many lies, in order that a person chooses beween a lie and a lie and not between a lie and the truth.
This banner reads:

2) There must be many lies, in order that a person chooses beween
a lie and a lie and not between a lie and the truth. (FSB of Russia)

These are just a few of the labels that Putin and Moscovy has used to support his cause in destabilizing Ukraine as he is trying to rebuild USSR 2.0.

Unfortunately, many of these labels have stuck with global media outlets, and they are so far from the truth that the media that use such labels should be ashamed of doing so.

During the early periods of the unrest in Kyiv because of criminal Yanukovych's flip flopping on the Association Agreement with the European Union. It was clear that the label “anti-Semites” was a just one way for Putin and his prostitutes of drumming up international feelings against Ukraine. This became very clear when a friend of mine Maylakh Shelekh had asked trough another journalist that I disseminate the following letter entitled: Open Statement to the International Democratic Community from Ukraine. This international statement in itself shut out Putin's label of “anti-Semite”.

The label of Banderite fascists and fascists has long been a label of Moscovy to try to discredit Ukrainians who were trying to fight for their independence as a nation. From my contacts in Ukraine I had learnt that the volumes that exonerated Ukraine's freedom fighters from the Nuremberg trials were never published in the Soviet Union. Enabling Stalin and his scum hoard to continue it's anti-Ukrainian rhetoric, during the late 1940s and until his death. Even as recently as yesterday Professor Andrey Zubov who had been dismissed of his position at Moscow State University earlier this year for opposing Putin stated the following in a recent interview: “In the Soviet Union, to condemn something, especially after World War II, all you had to do was call it fascism. So "Banderites" were called fascists, although, of course, it was not true.” So by assocication none of the first three Putinite labels hold water.

The label of “Kiev Nazi Junta” was a carry over from Soviet times to try to garner support of the older generation. In adition Moscow had gone as far to try to use the Banderite lie, on May 25th during the extraordinary Presidential elections after criminal Yanukovych fled to Moscovy.

Prior to that day Moscovy's hackers had tried to plant a malicious virus in the Election system computer which would have announced their own predetermined election results. Luckly, this hack was discovered and the continuation of Moscovy's 400 years of lies could not be continued. Their primary National TV station announced that Dmytro Yarosh had received 37% of the popular vote, as per their cypber attack, though the reality was much different. A full analysis of this escapade is available at the Christian Science Monitor website. Just one more sample of different type of label of obfuscation, and one of electoral tampering.

Clearly the “Kiev Nazi Junta” had not come to power but the labels addopted by the Goebbells school of propaganda supported by Vladimir Putin, continued to use this label. However, all of these labels had somehow not stuck with the savvy Western media, there was one that did and it is completely shameful that Western media took this label hook, line and sinker.

The label that really is totally inappropriate is “pro-Russian separatist”. This term is completely absurd for a couple of reasons. A friend of mine who lives in Ontario outlined it as follows:
“If I run 100km south to the Ontario-New York border with a bunch of guns, cross over, arm some local thugs and gangsters, start shooting and torturing people and then declare a tract of land to be an “independent” republic, what does that make me? At a minimum I'm a FOREIGN invader (even though the land I have invaded speaks the same language as me: English, or American, or Canadian, if you prefer). More than likely, Americans will label me a terrorist. No one will call me a “separatist” or a “pro-Canadian rebel”. That would be nonsense.”

As my friend explained to many on Facebook above, it is nonsense that those individuals who are in the East of Ukraine are even being called pro-Russian separatists, when one of their leaders like Igor Strelkov and others are Russian citizens, are armed and financed by Russia but are in Ukraine. For the most part those being captured by the Ukrainian military are people who are being paid my Moscovy to kill Ukrainian soldiers. Starting from $1000 a head.

Ukraine has for centuries fought for its independence, the West has been a little indifferent, for the most part believing Moscovy. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! The West should be ashamed of its understanding of the liars in Moscovy. They have had plenty of apologists and individuals and Universities which received nice presents for programs of Russian Studies, Russian Literature etc. All that was and still is bullshit. The Russian language was contrived, it is not a slavic language therefore can not be the older brother of Slavic nations, though as I often do I have digressed; however, it is time for the West to not only punish Moscovy for its current transgressions, but also for its 400 years of lies.

I have never had so much hatred for anyone from Moscovy and those who are Putin's prostitutes. These include neighbours, and the zombies of Putin's prostitutional media campaign. This is the first time in my life I have ever been so filled with such anger, though I am happy that Putin has done one thing – united Ukrainians globally.

Moscovy's Changing of Labels

As of the July 22, Russia Today, or as I would rather call it Rarely Truthful, and the right hand of propaganda of the Kremlin started using a totally new set of labels: “Russia Today changes its vocabulary for war in Ukraine. Now pro-Russians who used to be "rebels" are "Ukrainian militia". With many Chechens.” This was a journalist friend of mine's post on Twitter.

Sorry but Twitter is a news source of media we have to acknowledge. It is information, and unfortunately not always verified, but information that is topical.

I'm surprised that Moscovy has still not turned to the world to promote one of Rarely Truthful television's greatest heroes.

The true meaning of Russia Today = Rarely Truthful

His name is Graham W. Phillips a Ukraine hater and British citizen. Yesterday I heard that he stepped on a land mine that ended his life. If he did good riddance, he was a sex-pat in Ukraine and Ukrainophobe, no doubt on Putin's payroll. Oh, maybe I sound a little callous? Not really I'm being a realist in regard to my paternal homeland. This character has no roots in that part of the world and he decides to travel to Ukraine continuously bad mouth the nation and its history, a nation that has been under attack for the last 400 years. What ever happens to him in unsafe territory is of his own doing. If he in did in fact did hit an anti-personnel mine, then he had it coming. It was his employer Putin who never signed the Ottawa Treaty banning the use of Anti-personnel mines.

As it turns out it was only wishful thinking on the part of many who hate this Phillips character. It turns out that he is in protective custody of the Ukrainian army this time. This is the second time that he is in custody, and in fact it is time that Ukrainians look into who this guy really is well they have him in custody. Find out what makes him tick, find out about all his pent up hatred for Ukraine and Ukrainians, and find out if he like other scum from the Party of Regions and the Communist Party of Ukraine deny that the Holodomor ever took place and that it was an act of genocide against the Ukrainian people by one very evil man, Joseph Stalin.

Social Media Reveals the Lies of Putin

I, like many others, have grown tired of the oh so many lies of Putin's propaganda machine. I lived in that part of the world for over nine years. In fact I love that part of the world and most of its people. I probably understand both its positive and negative nuances better than the academics here who study the country from afar. And certainly I know that part of the world a lot better than ninety-nine percent of all journalists who report on it. So it is very clear why most are still falling for Putin's propaganda, and using his labels. I can't really blame my fellow Canadians for not have a clue as two what is going on in that part of the world. Though it's not their fault, because Ukrainians have never had the financial wherewithal to dictate what you babble about. Though it is time to think about a more global issues, and the security in Europe had to deal with what the scum Putin will do next.

It has unfortunately taken the lives of two-hundred and ninety-eight individuals for the world to wake up. The terror which is caused by one man alone by the name of Vladimir Putin has finally come to your back yard. Canadians lost one of their fellow citizens on July 17, 2014, and today, July 23, 2014, was a day of mourning in the Royal Kingdom of the Netherlands as the remains of the first forty of its one hundred and ninety-two losses, one of whom held dual Netherlands/USA citizenship, were returned home.

The inappropriately labelled orange boxes have apparently been delivered to the UK and so far according to reports there is no evidence that they have been tampered with, though had they been it would have come as no surprise to anyone with as much as a gram or two of sense in their heads.

Though today it is very clear there that those who are in Ukraine and who had access to the crash site not only interfered with the OSCE team that was on site, but decided that it would be a great idea to benefit from the ravages of war. Yes, this is now considered a war zone by the International Red Cross.

Today the Donbas People's Republic – read Terrorists, was clearly identified through their own admissions that they had pillaged the belongings of the victims of flight MH17 and these items would be used to finance their struggle. This looting has been confirmed by the fact that when families of the victims would call their phones, they would be answered by complete strangers.

Meanwhile, back on the Russian side of the Ukraine-Russia border an over zealous Russian soldier decide he wanted his five seconds of stardom for their followers on the Russian Social Media platform Vkotonkte, which literally means to be in touch. Vadym Grygoriev wrote, “We've been shelling Ukraine all night long!” However, he was either technologically inept, drunk, or both and forgot to turn off the geo-tagging feature of the device he used to reach out to his loving followers. This location was clearly recognized as being on the Russian side of the Ukraine-Russia border. Though he is not the only one, Ukrainian actvists have been finding more and more of these Russian soldiers who are revealing their positions. Clearly such a provocation by Russia is yet another attempt to roll out the war horses for a full incursion into Ukraine. I hope that somehow this evidence can be used against Mad Vlad and all his prostitutes and Putin's Pricks.

Vadym Grygoryev a fellow with a few chomosones or brain cells missing reveals how Russia shelled accross Ukaine's border.
Vadym Grygoryev a fellow with a few chomosones
or brain cells missing reveals how Russia shelled accross Ukaine's border.

Today, the Netherlands has filed a claim of International War Crimes against Russia, Ukraine has to add its weight to this suit. It has plenty of evidence of kidnapping, torture and the indiscriminate killing of individuals because they spoke Ukrainian. Putin's Moscovy continues in its war against Ukraine in trying to eliminate a people and a nation. Putin and all those who have been his prostitutes in this venture must be punished. That included all journalists of Rarely Truthful propaganda media regardless of their nationality. They have spread lies and hatred conjured up by very evil people in the Kremlin.

” Putin Khuylo ” or Putin’s Goebbels School of Propaganda

Language is a wonderful thing and the ability to communicate is fascinating. Very often phrases get lost in translation and rather than clarifing one point or another they become obfuscated. The need to clearly communicate becomes even more challenging during times of crisis and war. Russia would like the world to believe that the violent events in Ukraine are due to fascist leadership in Ukraine, which could not be further from the truth.

With the election results in from the presidential elections held on May 25, 2014 it becomes extremely clear to anyone who can think clearly, that the so-called “fascists” as portrayed by Moscovy are so far from being in power – Putin and company must be smoking or ingesting some really powerful mind altering substances, or not, and they are simply conducting an informational war. The informational war is aimed at two different audiences, the people of Russia who Putin really doesn't give a shit about and just wants to along with the lefties and far right in the West.

With Ukraine's far-right party Правий Сектор [Right Sector] garnering very little of the popular support at the May 25, 2014 Presidential and municipal elections in Ukraine, “Putin's well-worn fascist lies” are starting to run a little thin. A letter which I posted at the request of some some of its signatories back on December 12, 2013 entitled: “Open Statement to the International Democratic Community from Ukraine” provides evidence that the “Nazi-like” activities were coming from Moscovy and not from within Ukraine itself. The rhetoric coming out of Moscovy regarding anti-semetism was long ago debunked in the same letter, though most sensationalists don't bother listening to the people in the heart of “Maidan” and the ousting of one of Ukraine's biggest criminal-presidents Viktor Yanukovych.

While the, “Right Sector, an organization made up of ultranationalist and extremist groups (a couple of them bordering on being neofascist), conducted a "rescue mission," in which the car of the group's leader, Dmytro Yarosh, was used to evacuate the family of an Israeli citizen from fighting in Ukraine's east. They also helped remove anti-Jewish graffiti from a synagogue's walls and met with the Israeli ambassador in Kiev.” It becomes even more clear that the “Hotbed of Anti-Semites” as Putin claims is nothing but a pile of shit!

Anti propaganda and the truth

Russia is following in the footsteps of Joseph Goebbels when comes to ramping up propaganda regarding the events in Ukraine. There is now no freedom of the press in and in order that the rest of the world really understands who Vladimir Putin is a simple phrase has emerged during the protests. That phrase is very simple and succinct as communication should be - “Putin Khuylo!” In fact yesterday it made its way around on social media, particularly on Twitter, where I know I personally helped disseminate the Urban Dictionary defintion of this very succint phrase!
It reads as follows:
putinkhuylo
I have no issue with the definition – though the transliteration is incorrect and should be “Khuylo”, derived from the word “Khuy” and not “huy”. Folks at @urbandictionary please do take note and modify your definition to be properly transliteration! The cyrillic letter “X” is pronounced like “Kh” as in the word Khan and not as the word Hand.

Given the evidence, Putin can not be trusted – and like Goebbels he is lying to his own people and the world. Don't be fooled by him. Today a Russian drone was shot down in the east of Ukraine. Explain to me where “peaceful ethnic Russian protestors” would get access to such an aerial piece of equipment? In short – Putin Khuylo and so is Georgiy Mamedov.

Call out to President-Elect Petro Poroshenko

Exit polls are not an exact science, though from my years consulting with Democratic Initiatives Foundation, the first Ukrainian NGOs to ever use such a tool as form of control over elections, they are pretty damn accurate when properly designed and with an appropriate sample size. Given all the problems cause by one man by the name of Vladimir Putin. He can be considered one of the greatest threats to peace and environmental destruction in this world, and is clearly turning out to be a product of his dictatorial past as an agent of the KGB.

Today's elections in Ukraine where historic in many different ways. With two of Ukraine's eastern oblast of Luhansk and Donetsk being under the control of Russian sanctioned terrorists, voting in the industrial heartland of the country was next to non-existent – in Luhansk oblast only 2 of twelve Territorial Commissions have been able to set up and run, and in Donetsk there were only 7 of twenty-two according to official figures of the Central Electoral Commission on the morning of May 25 on election day.

In the mean time the newly formed independent region of Novorossia, led by pro-Russian anti-democratic and nothing short of criminal backed Oleh Tsariov, decided to burn ballots, destroy ballot boxes and continue to use terror to keep people from voting. This had been the modus operandi of those who have wanted to be self-proclaimed leaders in different districts of Eastern Ukraine.

The people have spoken - Moscovy continues with lies

Regardless of all the difficulties Ukrainians turned out en masse to vote. As I pen this voter turn out was sitting at 60.44% of all eligible voters. Let's just think of what it may have been if all those heavily armed people were wreaking havoc in the highly populated eastern oblasts of Ukraine. I have no doubt that number may have reached 67-72% of the eligible electorate. In Donetsk oblast only 12.04% of eligible voters were able to cast there ballots for a new and legitimate president.

Those stifiling the vote in Eastern Ukraine being three different types of individuals/groups. Firstly, they traitor/criminals who want to carve up the regional territory, this includes the douche bags like Tsariov and others elected to the Verkovna Rada. Though there are also the criminals who don't believe in the rule of law, and have no value for anything including life! Having had a few friends killed in Ukraine since independence it really doesn't surprise me how few valueless people live in Ukraine. The second group, are really those who shipped in to the region, just like in Crimea, by Moscovy – with top-of-the-line armaments and wearing the uniform of the Colorado Potato Beetle, in one simple little ribbon – which really means nothing but oppression to Ukrainians – regardless of the language they speak. The third group are the lazy good-for-nothings who have been brainwashed by Moscovy's propoganda, or are decendants of Russians suplanted in Ukraine after Stalin conducted his genocidal program against Ukraine and its people in 1932-33!

As in many elections before in Ukraine there were many, what are called technical candidates, though this seemed not to matter in any way at all. The most comical of these technical candidates where not those that were really as such, but which turned out to be a great slap in the face to the propoganda coming from Moscovy over the last six months!

'The hunta government of Kyiv is filled by fascists from the Right Sector and other fascists!”

All of Russia has been deprived of any type of independent media and this media has been the main source of information for many Russian speakers. The fear mongering from Moscow has been a seventy-year old story about people who fought for an independent Ukraine. They talk about Nazi-collaboraters. Yet according to some sources, the full report of the Nuremberg Trials were not publishes in their entirety by Moscow in order to discredit Ukrainian patriots.

There were a number of volumes which dealt with Nazi-collaborators which exonerated Ukrainians – members of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists both of the Bandera and Melnyk factions, though these were never published in the USSR!

Unlike, in Moscovy over the last nearly quarter of a century many of Ukraine's youth have been exposed ot their history. From the Holodomor, to the valiant efforts of those who fought both against the Nazi's and the Red Army and those who simply wanted to destroy the Ukrainian nation. I have friends amonst that group - including the acting MFA of Ukraine Andriy Deschytsia, and former diplomat Bohdan Yaremenko whom I both have known since before Ukraine's independence. I know many others individuals who are competent and have to be engaged now, and not used by political parties and exploiters. Unfortunately, there were political parties that tried to use this last Maidan in such a manner – and the resuls reveal who they are!

Yes, I've digressed! Though exit polls show us is that the “rabid facists” have garnered a great deal fewer votes then the propoganda machine of Moscovy predicted.

Liar, Liar Pants on Fire

If you really believe the propoganda of RT – the “soft power” project of the Kremlin then let's take things one step further!

Today, Russia's first national televison program took their lies oe step further. Today, during a live broadcast and declared that the Right Sector presidential candidate Dmytro Yarosh had received 37% of the popular vote and the he had in fact won Ukrainian Presidential election.

Russian First National stating that Dmytro Yarosh won Ukraine's Presidential Election of May 25, 2014 with 37% of the popular vote!
Russian First National stating that Dmytro Yarosh won Ukraine's Presidential Election of May 25, 2014 with 37% of the popular vote![

This is so far from the truth that I have to wonder just how much is Tsar Putin going to try to continue his lies? Though this is not just directed to the world's newest dictator! I think that most of the independent media in the world to also understand the bullshit that you have been fed by Moscovy and even some of the big press agencies, who were never ready to tell the truth but to pull Moscovy's line. Calling those with Russian supplied armaments pro-Russian separatists, with gun-handling abilities that are only afforded to those with many years of military experience. In short, those media who have been misrepresenting what has really been going on in Crimea, and now in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts – forget it you are not jounalists but pawns of Mosovy!

When people are terrorized? What do you call those that terrorize them? Answer it yourselves!

I know that there are many journalists out on the line who can see this, but it is time for the editorial boards and management of media to start being honest! Unless of course the Kremlin has a controlling interest in your media.

All hoping for a new direction

One of the biggest problems in Ukraine in its nearly twenty-three years of independence has been the lack of reforms and following the rule-of-law. While they are still counting the votes I know Petro Poroshenko will be President. Though I have some questions to him as new leader and I hope he will do something to change it. Some journalists have been attacking him about divesting of his television company.

To a very great degree I can see where they are coming form, but they are being very narrow minded. Twenty years ago I spoke with young Ukrainian leaders and spoke to them about a number of pieces of legislation that would be a positive move towards a more demo-economic system. This included such things as anti-nepotism laws, conflict of interest laws, and transparency in all transactions. For Poroshenko to simply sell this media holding may in fact cause more problems then they can imagine without all the other legislation in Ukraine in place and being enforced.

Asking Poroshenko, or others who are politically involved under the current legislation of Ukraine to give up their control of any form of media would be a very dangerous and foolish step! Without the legislation in place that can properly contol many different problems in the sphere of press freedoms, conflict of interest, nepotism and other matters this would be detrimental to Ukraine's development.

Calling for a new generation

While Petro Poroshenko is not one without skeletons in his closet, I do have some reservations of the things I heard regarding much of the electoral campaign. Much of this was from people who would make statements that were very much along the lines used in Soviet times in order to discredit individuals.

This same method was used to vote for Petro Poroshenko. Why you ask? Many key intellectual persona would state – “He's a good person from the information I know!”

In this case, this was true – though Ukraine needs a total reformation and I hope that Poroshenko can make it happen.

In contemporary Ukrainian society it is just as easy as it was to disseminate a lie and a rumour during Soviet times. Say something to people in the metro or in a local watering hole and everyone will think you are either an informant for the FSB or CIA.. I know this form personal experience.. Thank you to an incopetent diplomat or someone on the payroll form Moscow from the EU.

However, a new generation must be built upon those who spent time working for Ukraine. There has to be revision of those who are trusted.

There has to be a review of what dual citizenship and privleges of those who want to build a nation has to function. Individuals who come into the country to discredit it should be arrested and eventually deported. We have a clear example of a sex-pat from the UK, who did nothing but look at Ukrainian women as those to exploit. We should all know who he is, and if you don't – ask here I'll you. However, I have a bit of a bias.

Mr President call on all specialists

Petro Oleksiyovych, we met once in passing in 2005 and I have pictures wth you. You know me from Adam, but I think I speak a great deal for many Ukrainians who grew up beyond Ukraine's borders. No one every really valued Ukrainians abroad! Do you? Do you care about how Ukrainians who are still Ukrainian citizens, and those who have been supporting Ukraine form as second and third generation Ukrainians? I hope you do!

You are very much aware of the unofficial anti-diaspora program that existed in order to ensure that transparency in business didn't exist in Ukraine. I personally understand this much better than many, I hope you can start ensuring business works on the basis of transperency.

I hope that this changes a great deal. I hope that young students, who are thoses who followed me in leadership positions in SUSK (Soiuz Ukrainskoho Studentsva Kanady). I was denied such opportunities because of the damn bureaucracy that existed and still exists – hiring incompetent idiots in Ukraine, and all the other, fucked up beauracracy that exists for individuals to invest in Ukraine.

I expect that you find a way to integrate Ukrainians from throughout the world who are top in their line and that the be conpensated for their speciality!

I know there are plenty of very qualified Ukrainians, though there is also a necessity to recompense those who have been screwed by other political leaders. I know many qualified indivduals in that sphere...

You have shown from what I have heard of paying employee's officially and not an envelope – time for all of Ukraine to work that way.

Dealing with Liar from Moscovy

It has become very clear that Moscovy has become a land of propogandistic lies. How should we be dealing with this? For the most part it will be the same way that the people of Ukraine have dealt with the lies and bull shit that thier polititions spew to them. While I was against Yanukovych's method's and non-judicial means of throwing Yulia Tymoshenko in prison, Ukrainians have clearly understood that her populusim was a lot of bullshit. I hope they from this day forward hold every politician from this day forth accountable for every single action they take.

Though the most important aspect of any democracy is the accountabilty of elected officials, and this being the case – the not yest president-elect has to introduce a bill which would eliminate the bullshit which has existed for the entire period of Ukraine's newly-found independence in 1991 – this concept of immunity of persecution of elected officials. That really has to be the first decision! With that decision – Ukraine will start to move forward – at least I an many others hope it will.

Once the rule of law is put into place and starts to function, then dealing with those liars to the northwest will be extremely easy. Petro Oleksiyovych – make these things happen. Find those who want to move as far away form Sovedepia as possible and help all Ukrainians to prosper. In doing so the motion will be set as an example and our neighbours will understand that this will come through a more liberal and all inclusive democracy, regardless of its limitations.

Today was not only a great day for Ukraine but for all the people in its neighbouring countries.

Yes, democracy is still not perfect, nor is capitalism for that matter, but if Ukrainians are open and extremely progressive – they will set a great number of examples for the entire planet. Particularly in the area of renewable resources – and in doing so giving Moscovy a good kick in the crotch for it's arcaic attitude of global affairs. If you understand where I'm coming from – there is no need for explanation. If you need an explanation – you are a simply a sovdep dinosaur and I could talk to you until I'm blue in the face – and that is not my desire! I've been doing this for the last quarter of a century!
